This past January 6th (2015) Vlad Volzhyn (and Anna) visited again to talk about Elle Ayat. I talked for a couple of hours directly with Vlad and Anna in English as the previous visit was done through a translator from the Russian.
They provided some links to more information about this Central Asian healing system and the founder Farhat-ata. Farhat-ata was an ethnic Uyghur from Gulja, Eastern Turkestan (aka Yining, Xinjiang, PRC.)

One thing that Anna told me during her visit was the Farhat-ata was shown one of James Churchward’s books and he right off the bat and only by touch, said that 80% of what James wrote was the truth.

Another ‘found on the internet’ reference to Mu.

In the 1963 Japanese movie entitled, Atragon (review here,) a powerful shipping magnate (a former WWII Admiral) and his daughter are kidnapped by the agents of the Empire of Mu that sank 10,000 years previously, but this empire is still alive at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean.

Due to the help of two photographers, the kidnapping plot is foiled. Shortly, the Admiral receives a package with a message on an 8mm film reel.

Very soon thereafter the forces of the Mu Empire attack a Japanese ship and sink an America submarine and the war begins.

Eventually, we meet up with the evil and beautiful ‘Empress of Mu.’
